Know your superpower

So what is your elevator pitch?
Now that you’re more up to speed with superpowers, let’s talk elevator pitch. What’s yours? You should be so good at telling people what you do, and by that we mean what value you contribute and how, that others never forget.

What are you proud of?
Ensure that your track record includes somewhere along the way, whether it makes you known for it or not, something you are really proud of. Sounds easy, right? Learn how to give and receive feedback graciously, as well as when to say no. We do not live in a vacuum, feedback helps us to grow and it helps other to develop too. Not giving or receiving it can hamper your path.
